Our Oracle Primavera P6 courses provide hands-on training for Primavera’s client/server based solution. Participants will gain a thorough background in the concepts of planning, scheduling, project baselines, earned value, and top-down budgeting. These courses lead you through hands-on workshops that create and track an entire project to completion. All workshops and instruction focus on the three essential elements of project management: schedule, resources and costs.
This 5-day training program is broken into two course sessions:
Primavera P6 Professional – Fundamentals: 3-days, Mon. – Wed.
– and –
Primavera P6 Professional – Advanced: 1-day, Thurs.
